We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we make returns easy. Below is the full policy in plain English; the short version is: you have 30 days, the shirt needs to be unworn and unwashed, and we'll refund you to your original payment method.

1. Return window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days cannot be accepted, except for items covered under our manufacturer defect warranty (see §6).

2. Condition

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
  • Returned with original hangtags attached
  • Shipped back in their original or equivalent protective packaging

Items that arrive damaged, soiled, or used beyond try-on condition will be refused and returned to you at your cost. We reserve final judgment on the condition of returned merchandise.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email support@qbmerch.com with your order number (QB-####) and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
  3. Pack the items and drop the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email a confirmation and issue your refund.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your statement.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping is free for U.S. customers when you use the prepaid label we provide. International returns are the customer's responsibility; we recommend using a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit).

6. Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at support@qbmerch.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund if you prefer — at our discretion.

7. Exchanges

We don't process direct size-for-size exchanges. Instead, return the item you don't want for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This keeps your replacement moving the same day your new order hits our fulfillment queue.

8. Non-returnable items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Items more than 30 days past delivery
  • Items with signs of wear, laundering, or alteration
  • Gift cards (if offered)

9. Lost or stuck packages

Tracking is included on every order. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier's safe-drop locations first. If it still doesn't turn up after 3 business days, contact us — we'll work with the carrier to open a claim and get you taken care of.
